How to join the Social Psychology Section

 

Membership is open to all British Psychological Society members, and costs only £15 per annum (£5 for postgraduate students).

 

The Section provides a range of member benefts and services, which include:

  • discounted registration for the Section's Annual Conference;
  • Social Psychological Review, the Section's peer-reviewed periodical, which is published twice a year;
  • free electronic access to back issues of Social Psychological Review via the Society's online shop;
  • 20% discount on purchases from the Cambridge University Press onlin store;
  • the opportunity to bid for research funding under the Section's pump-priming scheme;
  • alerting members to opportunities for contributing to policy consultation calls issued by the Central and Devolved UK Government Departments;
  • responding to consultation documents and/or initiatives relevant to the development of social psychology, such as the ESRC Psychology Benchmarking Exercise and Nomation of REF Panel Members.
